Our private chefs source directly from Canada's finest producers — Fogo Island crab from Newfoundland, wild Pacific salmon from BC's coastal rivers, Niagara Peninsula ice wine from Canada's most celebrated wine region, and maple syrup from heritage sugar bushes in Québec's Eastern Townships.
Menu compositions reflect the bilingual nature of Canadian luxury — from classic French-Canadian tourtière and poutine de luxe to Pacific Rim omakase menus featuring BC sockeye and Tofino sea urchin. For mountain retreats in Banff and Whistler, our chefs travel with their own equipment — functioning entirely independently of hotel kitchens.
For special occasions — anniversary dinners, après-ski celebrations, corporate entertaining — we coordinate full event production including sommelier, tableware and floral arrangement.
